At Swirl Blends, our goal is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the quality of our real fruit ice cream machines and trailers. The following outlines our refund policy:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items Only: Refunds are only provided for products that arrive damaged or defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.

  • Time Frame: Refund requests for damaged or defective items must be submitted in writing (via email) within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind or No Reason: Refunds are not available for change of mind or any other reason unrelated to damage or defects.

  • Used Machines or Trailers: Products that have been used, operated, or show signs of usage are not eligible for refunds.

  • Customised or Special Orders: Customised items, such as trailers with unique features, branding, or bespoke modifications, are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@swirlblends.co.nz.

  • We may request photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect, along with the original packaging.

  • Upon verification, we will replace the defective part(s) or, at our discretion, exchange the product. If a replacement or repair is not possible, a refund may be issued.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorisation: If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

  3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are only processed for approved claims of damaged or defective products that cannot be repaired or replaced.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirming eligibility.
